Privacy Policy

Can Koecher, doing business as "FFFT" ("we"), operates the website ffft.fit and is the data controller for the personal data described here. For any privacy question or request, contact us at contact@ffft.fit.

Waitlist email. If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you submit, a tag for where you signed up, and the date. We use it for one purpose: to email you a private-beta invite and occasional updates about the launch. Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form.

Optional survey.After joining, you can answer a short, optional questionnaire (your phone platform, how often you train, what you track with today, and what you'd like improved). Anything you share is stored against your waitlist email and used only to prioritise what we build for the beta. Every field is optional. Legal basis: your consent.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to measure traffic (e.g. page views, rough country/region, device type). In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland this runs only after you accept analytics cookies in the banner; until then it operates without storing cookies. Legal basis: your consent. Elsewhere, legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding usage.

Technical data. Like any website, our hosting and content-delivery providers automatically process your IP address and basic request information (such as browser type and timestamps) to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and rate-limit the signup form. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service available and secure. We do not store your IP address in the waitlist record, and we do not sell your data.

The only non-essential cookies we use are Google Analytics cookies, and only with your consent. We apply Google Consent Mode v2: for visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, analytics storage is denied by default until you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner. You can decline, and declining is as easy as accepting.

To change your choice later, clear this site's storage in your browser and the banner will appear again on your next visit.

We share data only with the service providers that run FFFT, acting as our processors:

• Google (Google Analytics), for traffic measurement.
• Our email delivery provider, to send the waitlist confirmation and invite.
• Our hosting and database providers, to serve the site and store the waitlist.

Some of these providers process data in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the providers' Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

We keep your waitlist email until launch and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. Analytics data follows Google Analytics' standard retention.

If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, including having your email removed from the waitlist, just email contact@ffft.fitand we'll action it. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy as FFFT develops (for example, when the app launches and we process more than a waitlist email). We'll change the "last updated" date above when we do.
